A Competition Flying Schedule

Take off and trim model, say when ready to start.

1) Fly straight and level for 5 seconds.

2)1 inside loop.

3)1 continuous left or right hand roll.

5) 1 continous circle.

Points out of 25 will be given for each manouver.

Best score out of 2 rounds.

The event will be for R/C powered aircraft

The gate will be open at 8 am Saturday.

Demonstration fights by model distributors.

Toilet facilities will be available.

Please bring your own drinking water.

Free camping overnight on Saturday.

Barbeque throughout the weekend and Swap meet on Saturday lunch time.

Trophies and plaques for each of the 4 competitions.

Saturday Schedule

Saturday will be set aside for flying for fun, competition practice and demonstration flying.
Transmitter control will be in force through out the weekend so please hand your TX,s in and label them with your name and frequency.

Helicopters will be allowed to fly on Saturday but not Sunday.

Pilots meeting will be at 10.30 am. Sat. 1 hr break lunch, flying to finish at 7.0pm ish.

Swap meet to start at 12.0pm to finish at 3pm.

Sunday we plan to hold some fixed wing flying competitions. See List below.

There will be an entry fee of 5.00 pounds per person at TX control.

1. Freestyle aerobatics unlimited size of aircraft max. 20kg. Flying time approx 4 mins. See Freestyle schedule.
2. An (A) Class comp. Unlimited size of aircraft. Max. 20 kg. Flying time approx 4 mins. See (A) Comp. Schedule.
3. A (B) Class comp. Unlimited size of aircraft max. 20 kg. Flying time approx 4 mins. See (B) comp. Schedule.
4. Freestyle scale comp. Using commercial civilian or warbird scale aircraft unlimited size of aircraft. Pre 1955 excluding sports models max.20kg.See comp. schedule

Pilots meeting 9.0 am.

Presentation of the prizes to the winners of the competitions. 4.00 pm.

Flying to start at 9.30am.and finish at 7pm.
